Rent: $ for whole unit. OR (Hall: + Private room with closet: )
Security Deposit: $
Rent already covers Parking, hot water, water, garbage and sewage.
You only pay for gas and electricity to PG&E based on your usage.
Fully furnished (furniture + kitchen + dishwasher)
