$/m room: fits a king bed + desk comfortably
$/m room: fits a full comfortably, queen works

Rooms share a bathroom in between

Utilities (electric + gas): ~$/month per tenant, split evenly (aiming under $)

No security deposit required (covered by my work concession)

Unfurnished (we’ll furnish over time)

Work a lot, usually home only in the evenings
Early mornings at the gym
Hobbies: pickleball, board games, gaming, going out

What I’m Looking For:
Clean roommates (just clean up after yourself)
Respectful and easy to live with
