Cute room for rent in Sun River

Description

We have a private room with a shared bathroom for rent in a -bath house in Sun River. The house sits on half an acre and has plenty of storage, including a two car garage and a shed. Rent is plus split utilities. Utilities are low cost because we are on well water, and the main heat source is a stove, with the option of Cadet heaters. The house is minutes from the mountain and backs up to national forest land, so there are plenty of trails right out the back (in Three Rivers)! The house is already furnished; you just need to bring a bed frame. We are looking for a person or couple in their s. We are moving in on September nd, so that would be the earliest you could move in (flexible on the date). Our lease goes until the last day of June, with an option to renew month-to-month.

Asa: Photographer, outdoor lover
