I'm a working professional who owns a -bath home that was just built months ago. The neighborhood is upscale and very quiet. I am looking for just one roommate. I have 2 rooms available. One is furnished and one is not. They both come with their own private bath & walk-in shower. My house has wood floors throughout, with just about every modern luxury, including a gourmet kitchen with 2 ovens, a Movie room, a laundry room, & a pool table. I also have a very large backyard. Small Dog, might be ok. $ per month, including all utilities & high-speed internet. The City of Cross Roads is in Denton County, next to Little Elm, Frisco, & the City of Denton.
