NE townhouse room for rent!

Hello all! We are a queer, nonbinary couple (both age ) looking for another queer roomate in their early-mid ’s to rent out the extra room in our and bath townhouse. The townhouse is located in NE Portland on Cully street about a 5 minute walk away from an Albertsons. We are looking to rent it on a month-to-month lease for $ (utilities included in that price) and an $ security deposit. We are open to any move in date.

Your room would be ft, with an in-unit bathroom attached that has a standing shower. It would come partially furnished, with a Twin XL adjustable bedframe and a mattress. There is also a black 6 drawer dresser. I will mention that we do not have a ton of additional storage space since the house is already furnished and has no garage, so this would likely be an ideal place for someone who has not already acquired much additional furniture.

The home was built fairly recently so we have completely new appliances including a washer and dryer and a fridge with a water dispenser. Our kitchen does have a stove, microwave, and oven. We also have 2 (very sweet) kitties already so unfortunately we are not able to accommodate any other animals. There is street parking on either side of the street in front of the home although neither of us have ever had a problem getting a spot. We are friendly :)
