• Lease takeover/lease assignment from a leaseholder. I have permission from my landlord to assign my tenancy on the same terms. Lease term ends on October then goes month-to-month.

We have quite enjoyed living in the area, with everything centrally located and within walking distance if not already in the building.

Management in the building has also been very accommodating, being very prompt with the handful of maintenance requests we've put in. They also allowed us to mount our TV in the apartment, and even provided a stud finder when we asked.
