Need someone to take over a lease

Hi everyone! (Girls only!)

I just got accepted into the university of North Carolina for the spring semester so looking for someone to take over my lease around late november/early december (i can try to be flexible about an eariler move in if needed), the lease goes from September -September . Its about an sqft apartment that is shared with my current roommate (in the picture) it's right in La Mesa, only a half of mile away from all the coffee shops/business/restaurants so its very walkable!

Our rent is $, sdge is around $ per person (but we've been running the AC) and WiFi is split between us so $ each a month. Since the room is much bigger than the other room, the bathroom is inside the room, more closet space and the balcony is on that side as well we have it split so l do pay more so its fair. i pay $ and the other person pays $.

This is a pet friendly apartment, I will be taking the orange cat so there will be a cat here. (No dogs) there is a $ pet fee if you do bring an animal!
We like to keep things clean and relaxed. We both love to try to coffee shops and be outside!
