Ktown-Oct 1 or immediate move in

Hi! I am a female international student from Canada, studying screenwriting in UCLA. I am living in LA from Sept . I am looking for a room or sublet in Ktown. Parking spot is a must. Preferably furnished but if it’s not I can make it work. I am clean, respectful, and pretty quiet as I am not much of a partier, I am more of drink tea and read books kind of person who goes for cozy, chill vibe. I am usually busy with my things but appreciate socializing with roommates from time to time too.
