Hello everyone, I am looking for someone to sublease a bath apartment located in Summerville (Nexton Parkway area), rent is $ a month and I would be moving out mid-December.



Some of the apartment's amenities include:

-Private patio

-Full kitchen

-Living space

-Washer & Dryer in house

-Walk in closet



Additionally, I am looking to let go majority of my furniture, I would not mind including some items with the apartment.
