Looking for social roommates

I'm looking for 3 roommates for a Bath apartment in or around Kips Bay. I graduated from Duke in and have been living in Raleigh, NC since. Flexible with the lease start date in October, ideally looking to move in late October!

I’ll be working on a hybrid schedule, but also travel for both work and with friends & family super frequently!

I love going around, exploring new places, being active, visiting bars, going for comedy shows, basically anything hahah. Also love to host. You’d usually find me at a workout studio and/or grabbing a meal with friends after work on weekdays!

I have a balanced work hard/party hard mindset, and I'm looking for roommates with a similar mindset.
