I’m Ahsan – moving to Melbourne on th November with my wife and 3-year-old son. I’ll be working with an American IT company, and we’re really excited to start our new journey there 🏙️.

We’re looking for a lease transfer in CBD (or very close) for a bedroom apartment. Budget is around $/month.

About us:
✅ Small family (non-smokers, no pets)
✅ Super clean & will look after the place like it’s our own 🧹
✅ Reliable & always pay rent on time (can provide proof of income)

We’d love to find a place from th Nov onwards, and a lease transfer would really help us settle quickly without the long rental application process 🙏.
