Room for rent!!

Description

Hey! We’re looking for a new roommate to
join our home. Rent is $/month. The room has carpet, a closet, and the bathroom is shared (it’s right in the hallway). We split utilities evenly.
We already have two sweet dogs, so any pets would need to be friendly and get along with them. Dogs are welcome with a $ monthly pet fee.
Right now, it’s just the two of us (both girls in our s), and we’d love another female roommate, around , with stable income to join us. We’re easygoing, like to keep the place comfortable, and want someone who’ll feel at home here too.
