Furnished private room available in a spacious single-family home in a very safe Damascus neighborhood (Gaithersburg address). The room includes plenty of storage with a closet, large hanging shelves, under-bed drawers, and a desk. Crib available if needed.

The home has bathrooms (one right across from your room), a shared foodie kitchen with an additional fridge and freezer for overflow and lots of gadgets to share , and laundry (washer & dryer) available for use. Note: no dairy cooking in the kitchen due to allergies.

Shared spaces include main level: dining area, sitting room, and a large outdoor deck; basement: family room and laundry. The backyard is family-friendly, with a playground and trampoline.

About the roomies
I’m a single mom (5 kids ages , mostly girls). We’re a lively, kid-friendly household that loves to cook, bake, make art, play games, and read together.

Our home is warm, welcoming, and full of activity. It can be a little messy at times, but it’s always family-oriented and community-minded. We enjoy having friends over, both ladies and children, and love creating a space where people feel included.

This setup is best suited for a female renter, and we’re open if you have a child as well. If you’re looking for a safe, supportive, and family-style living environment, you’ll fit right in.
