* Rent + utilities (wifi is included in rent!)

Enjoy access to the community clubhouse equipped with a gym and a community room you are able to rent out, ideal for hassle free living. Located in a quiet, well maintained complex with free onsite parking. Unit will be deep cleaned before you move in. Pets are allowed at an extra cost!

You will have to apply to A&M management, but I will pay for the application fee + January’s rent!!
