I have one bedroom available for rent in my bath apartment located just down the street from Ashby Station. The apartment is walking distance from tons of amenities, including bars, restaurants, the Mercedes Stadium, Aquarium, and a Wal-Mart. This is a small community, and I get along with all of my neighbors. I do not have a vehicle, so my parking spot can be used by you. There is also plenty of street parking.

Currently the bedroom has a small couch in it that can be moved, or you can use it if you would like. There is a full sized sliding door closet, the shared bathroom was just updated with a brand new tub and new fittings. I also expect to have the stove updated in the next few weeks. Rent includes all utilities (water, gas, electricity, and internet).

A little about me - I am a year old professional, easy going woman with a solid group of friends who do sometimes visit. I do not date, so there won't be any male sleepovers. I have service dog and the puppy is in training) and a very chill cat. This means I unfortunately cannot accept anymore animals into the apartment. I am laid back, clean, responsible, and get along with pretty much everyone. I am both */** and LGBTQ+ friendly. I've worked hard to create a colorful, fun space filled with art, plants, and healing energy. I would love to find a roommate who fits well into my little city oasis.

Rent is $ for the room with $ down as a non-refundable security deposit. The room is available starting October 1st, but I am flexible on the date if necessary.
