Looking for a responsible, easygoing roommate for a unique living situation with low rent (all utilities included!).

You’ll have your choice of two spaces:

Upstairs bedroom with shared bathroom

Basement suite with private bathroom

This isn’t your typical roommate arrangement — in exchange for reduced rent, you’ll also help with light property upkeep and lend a hand on our mini farm (just minimal animal care, nothing too demanding).

Ideal for someone who values affordable rent and doesn’t mind pitching in. A female roommate is preferred.
