Rent is $ plus half of electricity. 1st floor apt. Important: there is a mini australian shepherd and 2 cats. They are kept from room unless you wan them. This is a furnished single room with its own private bathroom with a large walk-in closet and linen closet. The living room and kitchen will be shared. The kitchen is small but living room is a good size. Very nice complex with a pool and small gym. Washer and dryer available in apartment. The apartment complex has very large oak trees and is very shaded. There is a front door and apartment can also be accessed via the patio seen in pictures. Right by airport but planes do not fly over. Very friendly community and in one of the safest areas of Greensboro. No smoking in apartment please. Rest of utilities including internet are included
I'm a laid back person but strongly believe in compromise and respecting each other's privacy. I do not go in your room and trust you and expect the same. Communication is important
