Looking for lease takeover (F)

Description

A ba, town house a minute bus ride away from campus, and a minute walk away from a market plaza with a Safeway. There are three other girls in the house but they’re super clean, nice, and respectful. The neighborhood is super nice and calm and right next to a park. Rent covers parking, in unit washer and dryer, sewage and trash. Electricity & Gas, water, and WiFi is all split (so it doesn’t come out to be too much).
