Roommate in Santa Clara Needed!

Looking for a roommate in North Santa Clara starting October 1st! House is located off De La Cruz in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Rent is $ for the room. We have a 2nd “family room” you can put couches/ TV in and use as your own space as well.

Its a bath house with a garage and backyard. We currently have 2 people living here and we are looking for a 3rd. You would share the bathroom with 1 other person. The 4th room is used as a guest room/ office. (All the stuff in the bedroom/ family room photos will be moved out before you arrive)

I am and work in Construction as a Superintendent, my other roommate is and manages the facilities for a nearby hotel.

Parking is available on the street, we live in a cul de sac, there is plentiful parking.

Neither of us have pets, but we could be open to it.
