Hey everyone! My current roommate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone awesome to take over the second room in my bath apartment. The place is technically in North Park, but literally one block from Hillcrest, so you get the best of both neighborhoods.

👋 About Me (Your Future Roommate)
Originally from Orange County, moved to San Diego 9 months ago.
Work in Poway for an antenna manufacturer (hybrid schedule, so I’m home some days)
Hobbies: training for a marathon so I’m running right after work, hitting the gym, snowboarding during the season, I have the Ikon pass so I’lbe gone most weekends during the season, and watching my Bengals (Joe Burrow fan here 🏈)
Country and Tropical House music lover here 🤙🏾
Usually in bed by PM, like to keep the apartment chill and relaxed

📅 Lease Details
• Sublease: October 1 – December
• Full -month lease begins January
• Rent: $ utilities
• Move-in: 2x rent
• Decent credit score required for approval

🏡 The Apartment
• Huge private balcony with an incredible view of North Park
• 5 min drive / min walk to Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, and Ralphs
• min walk (or quick 5 min drive) to Hillcrest
• min walk to all the bars, restaurants, and nightlife in North Park
• Cozy, comfortable, and easy to keep clean

🧼 What I’m Looking For
Ideally would like someone I can consider a friend, but also respects each other’s personal life as well.
• Working/Student
• Respectful, clean, and considerate (tidy but not a neat freak situation)
• Guests are cool, especially on weekends, just not a party house
• Overnight guests are fine, just keep it balanced
