Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The ASAP!
Rent is $ + utilities are $ every month, including wifi! The room and entire apartment are fully furnished. Move-in date is flexible. The lease runs through July with opportunities to extend/renew!
There is onsite laundry, AC, wifi, TV included and the complex is gated! Within walking distance of BSU and ~ min from the airport.
There are three other roommates, all college age girls who are very sweet and very clean! The apartment is relatively quiet, especially at night. The girls are kind, respectful, and take care of shared spaces. You would share a bathroom with one other person who is very clean!
