I’m a professional year old single mom with two girls ages . My 5 year old is with me % of the time. Students, single moms, or one that doesn’t mind kids to share my home with are welcome. I live in Heritage lakes; a beautiful cozy neighborhood. It’s quiet and has multiple parks, an Olympic size pool, a lake to fish or paddle boat, a splash park and it is close to schools and Mt San Jacinto College. I have 1 room for rent $. There is a loft which could be used for your living room and a bathroom with dual sinks. The house is large and plenty of privacy. My sister currently rents another room. We are clean and professional and looking for a like minded individual. There is full access to laundry room and kitchen and you get one garage space for storage. No overnight male guests.
