Room For Rent in Cheeseman Mansion

Hello people of Denver, I'm currently looking to rent the second bedroom in this beautiful spacious apartment across the street from Cheesman park.

Looking for someone employed (or a graduate student) who is clean and respectful of the shared space.

I am a practicing fine artist and professor of art and desgin. One of the rooms in the apartment is used as a studio for drawings/paintings/small sculptures/etc. I like to cook, make bad jokes, and spend a lot of time outdoors and in the park. I’m in and out of the apartment regularly - between going to the gym often and spending quite a bit of time at various schools. I have a lovely group of friends and would be happy to find someone social, who’s down to hang here and there.

Cheeseman is very close. The apartment is also walking distance from a number of coffee shops, The Fillmore, Ogden, Bluebird and lots of hip Denver restaurants.

The room is spacious with a walk-in closet and an adjoining shared Jack and Jill bathroom. The kitchen has personality, let’s say, but I’ve grown to like it. The living room is also large and apparently was used as a dance floor at one point for the original residents of the home.

Rent includes high-speed internet and utilities.

I have some living-furniture but would be happy to move things around and incorporate new pieces given our collective tastes.
