Rooms for rent in Cutler Bay home

Hi everyone! I'm renting out 2 rooms in my home down in Cutler Bay. My old roommate is taking this semester off and need to fill her spot and have another that's vacant. One room comes furnished while the other only has a desk. I am looking for things to furnish the room with but can't in this moment in time. Ask for more pictures, app will not upload the ones I have to share.

It is a large house with driveway and large backyard. Small fire pit and stone seating. Number of fruit trees as well. 2 avocado trees, 1 mango tree, a lychee variant tree, and pygmy banana tree on the property. The area is safe and quiet. Plenty of grocery stores within mins. Walmart, Target, Publix, Aldi's, and Winn Dixie. Lots of different restaurants around and they just opened a chic fil a and Chipotle.

There is public transportation in the area but is not the best. Just Miami in general. One transfer from metro rail that takes you to campus if I'm not mistaken. Can sometimes drop off at bus way or rail station on the way to work depending on my schedule.

House has washer and dryer, fire stove, dishwasher, and meat freezer. Garage is used for storage for any things you don't want cluttering your space. Furnished living room, dining room. Bath/shower combo in the bathroom. Small office in the room as well with desk that isnt used if you want a workspace for work or studies even.

We have a medium size dog in the house who is very chill and timid. Will bark at strangers of course though but very sweet dog once she gets to know you.

Hoping to find people who are responsible, considerate of each other, friendly and chill. Willing to help maintain the space clean for one another. Its been great to get to know and hang out with roommates. Playing games, watching movies, grabbing drinks or enjoying them at home. I'm not a huge partier but will go out every now and again.
