Furnished bedroom with a french desk & bed with drawers & headboard: • it gets a lot of light and is near the bathroom. The kitchen/living area separates so there is the master & middle room on one side and the small room (my room) on the other side. There is also a beautiful brick wall along the whole siding of the house
In unit: washer, dishwasher, microwave AC + building-controlled heat

🛠 Condition & Updates
Previous renters left the apartment a bit damaged — I had a “jungle theme” with plants and decor, which is now half-removed, so photos look rough:(
Professional cleaners will be hired b4 move in!
Needs New Fridge
3 cracked windows-scheduled for repair
Front door has a new lock, but you need to pull it closed firmly.

The utilities are part of the rent so gas, electricity, & heating/AC are INCLUDED
That just leaves internet to be discussed for re-install & hook ups are already there.
My friend (a total sweetheart) will help show the apartment while I’m away for work. I'm available for facetime/phone calls/text whenever to ensure no shade
