Room Details:
The room is located at the third floor. The room comes furnished with a full-size bed and a couple of chairs. You’re also welcome to bring your own furniture. The full bathroom is shared with one other clean and quiet tenant.

Parking:
Parking in/behind the garage is available.

About the Housemates:
You’ll be living with me, a middle-aged Asian professional, and another male tenant who is also quiet and tidy.

Expectations:
Looking for a professional with steady employment who can pay rent on time. You should be clean, organized, and not do a lot of cooking. Minimal personal belongings are preferred. No drugs, smoking, pets, or frequent visitors. No food or drinks in the bedroom, please.

Lease Terms:
Rent includes all utilities. Minimum 3-month lease with a standard rental agreement. We can use the first 3 months as a period to decide if we’d like to extend. One month’s security deposit is required. Credit check will be conducted.
