Room for Rent

Description

My partner ( male) & I ( female) are looking for a roommate or potentially another couple to live in our bath rental home in West Jefferson in Eugene.

Rent is under $ in the winter months (Oct-March) & $ the other months. This is including all utilities & wifi.

The room opens in Oct.

I use one of the bedrooms as my office as I work from home. We have an adorable, cuddly kitty who spends time indoors & outdoors.

No other pets allowed.

We are a stable couple of years looking to do RV living full time after February , so you could also take over the lease when we leave.
friendly, don’t have parties, but may host a friend here and there.
Our home is typically very relaxed, peaceful & clean.
