Hello! I'm Shane and I live with two other guys and we're looking for an additional roommate. The house is furnished, including a washer, dryer and dishwasher, and the common areas are all set. We enjoy a chill, relaxed environment but occasionally have friends over. We're looking for someone who is easy to communicate with and gets along with others.

The available unfurnished room is very large and can easily fit a queen or king-size bed with plenty of extra space for furniture like a desk or even exercise equipment. We can provide exact measurements and more photos upon request!

Our house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We're about a mile from Matthews Beach and a -minute drive from grocery stores and the light rail.
