Looking for lease takeover or room

Hey, I’m looking for a place in Scottsdale that’s affordable. Got to Scottsdale days ago m from Chicago for a tech job after just graduating with my Masters, and brought just two suitcases, a golf bag, and a backpack. I’ve been checking out places the last two weekends, and they’re pricier than expected. I run miles a week, do Costco delivery, and work at a small tech company. I need a standing electric desk and a couple of monitors for my bedroom. I used to DJ for weddings in Chicago for 5 years and have played piano for years, but I sold everything before moving. I might buy a new piano.
