Independent studio in Alafaya Area (orlando Fl) with kitchen equiped, washer and dryer, own Bathroom with water-heater. Twin size bed. Secure parking inside the property. All the bills include, (wifi, water, electricity). Independent entrance. In the property there is two free cats who come to eat next to my entrance and sometimes are in the garden. Very near to many stores and places: 3 minutes from Aldi, Ace Hardware, Dunkin Donuts, Wendy's, O'Relly Auto Parts, Race Trac, Wawa, Dollar Tree, Dustin's Bar B-Q . minutes from UCF, Waterford Lakes Mall, Regal Cinema. minutes from Home Depot, Lowes, USPS, etc.

The other roomie is a very nice and quite male person in his 's, who rent an RV near the studio. He works all day.
I am years old woman, widow, stay more part of the time at home, working online. I am a calm and quite person.
