Hi, my name is Isaiah and I'm looking for a chill roommate.
It's a and a half bathroom townhome with a washing machine, dryer, and dishasher. There is a patio with storage, a balcony, and a shared kitchen and liviing room.

The apartment complex is Avery Point in the Castleton area of Indianapolis.
The monthly rent, bills, and utilities are all split evenly

The apartment is pet friendly, quiet, and in an area with lots of activities and restaurants.
I'm smoker friendly but the apartment does not allow smoking on the property so you'd need to leave the property in order to do so.

I'm not picky about roommates, I just want someone who is kind and respectful, can communicate effectively, can clean up after themselves, isnt too loud, and will respect rules and boundaries set by one another.
