Nice room, pool table & amenities

Very limited background and no application. Walk through with first month and deposit and I'll have the keys ready. It's already cleaned.
This is a private room for rent with use of entire house. Kitchen living room pool table backyard in a three-bedroom house. the other two rooms were occupied by mid-s professionals we like music we play pool hanging out on the weekends we cook and we all contribute to cleaning common areas and trying to keep a cohesive house.
We'd like someone similar that is tidy and responsible.
In unit laundry, large backyard. We do have an awesome dog and a cat in the house that are very friendly but sadly we are not accepting any more pets.
