The living space is located above the garage on the first floor, so you will need to go upstairs to access it. Everything in the house is new—fresh paint, new appliances, luxury plank floors, and tile throughout.
The neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe. The wetlands trail system is just a few steps from the house.

I am a professional female in my mid-s, private, very neat, and organized. I use the house part-time, most weeks nights mid-week, due to a hybrid job based in Reno. Sometimes, I do not use the house at all. Currently, I average about once a month. I want to set the expectation from the start that I may be using the house part-time, so I can find a roommate who is comfortable with this situation in case I start using the house weekly.

I am looking for a mellow roommate who is organized, neat, and respectful. I’m open to someone who travels for work and needs a part-time place in Reno or someone seeking a weekend getaway near Tahoe.
When I use the house, it’s mainly to relax after work and sleep. I’m not much of a cook, so you won’t see me taking over the kitchen. Most of the time, I’m in my room doing yoga or watching TV.
I’m friendly, very calm, and self-aware. I have a lot of respect for others’ personal time and private space, and I can adjust easily. I enjoy the outdoors and am an avid mountain biker and snowboarder.

I am looking for a great roommate who shares similar values and will respect and take care of my home as if it were their own. I want my roommate to feel at home even when I am around; at the end of the day, this will be your home as well.
