Hello! My name is Sophia, I’m looking to replace my roommate who is moving out November th. House is 3 story’s, plus a basement and garage. Hardwood floors and tall ceilings, radiator heat, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher. The entire 3rd floor would be your private space as well as the second floor office. Rest of the second floor is my bedroom/office. Shared spaces are the entire first floor (living room, dinning room, kitchen), basement, garage, fenced in backyard, and bathrooms. This is for working professionals only, no couples.
