Roommate needed!

hi there! my name's jessica and I'm looking for a female roommate for my bath apartment at aspen leaf apartments. it's a smaller, cuter complex relatively close to campus (right behind cane's). it's about $/month plus shared utilities; it usually comes out to about $ altogether. the room is quite big and has a walk-in closet, and it will be empty and thoroughly cleaned when moving in! the apartment is already furnished and decorated although it may vary slightly from the photos! the complex has a hot tub, small gym, communal laundry, parking, and is close to restaurants and shopping.

a little about me, I'm and going into my junior year at NAU and for the most part i like to be clean, respectful, and easygoing. in my free time i like to explore outdoors, tan, sew or paint, take care of my plants, cook, or anything chill!

i'm also good with pets! I'm looking to get a cat eventually (not anytime soon) but I'd prefer if you were open to that!
