House is located on Highway , Dorchester County, Summerville address. minutes to downtown Summerville and minutes to West Ashley. 7 minutes from Dorchester Road & Walmart; 5 Minutes away from Magnolia Gardens & the new Ashley River Park.

New neighborhood with large neighborhood pool (included); sidewalks and walking trails. Current roommate is a student and works full time hour shifts. Would love to have a young, career oriented person who shares the same interests. No drama! Willing to work with renter on deposit(s).
