Clean & Quiet Renter w/ Pets

Hi, my name is Belle. I’m , going through a divorce, and looking for a fresh start. I recently secured a stable, full-time remote job ($/hr) and I’m ready to become fully independent.

I’m a clean, respectful, and responsible tenant. I don’t host parties and I’m mostly a homebody. My pets are my family — 4 calm, non-destructive cats 🐱 and 1 well-trained Rottweiler 🐶 (in training as my service dog). I know some landlords worry about pets, but I’m happy to provide pictures/videos, references, and even meet in person so you can see how well-behaved they are.

I’m looking for a pet-friendly rental under $/month (including all fees). I’m flexible — a house, apartment, or even just a room would work, as long as it’s safe for me and my animals. A fenced yard would be nice but it’s not required.

While I’d love to stay near Savannah or along the Georgia coast, I’m open to anywhere in GA if it’s the right fit.
