My roommates and I are looking for someone to take over one of the bedrooms in our 3 bedroom / 2 bath apartment, as I'm moving back to Australia. Apartment is corner unit and gets TONS of natural light. You'd have your own quiet room and shared bathroom with another girl.

We are looking for a gal / person also in their early s (or late s). Ideally someone clean, kind, fun. No pets please. Both roommates have lived in LA for over 5 years so we'd like someone else who is also established here.

Our building is incredible! Pool, gym, fire pit, yoga studio, security, and right above a Sprouts supermarket. 1 block from Target and a very walkable neighbourhood.
