There is ample parking in this gated condo community that also has a swimming pool. Functional, Practical, Easy access to UNLV, Airport, Strip. this Room shares a bathroom. It is currently a male household where the roomates are straight males, fyi.
We seek a nice person, student or working professional, Fyi no drugs or major criminal background issue, and no pets. Landlady prefers unvaccinated tenants, (and/or at least no plans for more shots, etc.)
