It’s a bath apt, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, ac, balcony. The apartment complex has 2 pools, bbq area, basketball court, paddle court and an exercise room as well. If you have a dog there’s a dog park right in front of the complex. The location is great, 5 minutes from Target, supermarkets, gyms. minutes away from the freeway, shopping center and Costco. Utilities are around your part). This is a lease take over from my other roommate. The pictures are from your room and bathroom. I’m a full time nanny, I work Monday through Friday, I’m not a party person or a drinker (it’s okay if you drink), friendly (outside of the property). I’m clean and respectful. I have an emotional support dog, he’s friendly, mellow, potty and crate trained. He wouldn’t be walking around if I’m not home. On my free time I like to be outside with my dog (dog park, walks, going to the lake, running) or chill at home watching a movie, cooking , or hanging out with friends (outside of the apt). If you want we can be friendly or we can keep it to ourselves.
