Description

Hello all. I’m renting out one empty room per month. It has its own closet. There’s a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a fenced in back yard.

My house is in a great part of the city, it’s peaceful and quiet. There is hardly any crime anywhere near here.

This place also has an empty garage that is great for storage if you would like to rent space if you are a tenant.

No furniture? No problem! I am trying a new thing out where I will buy a bed, dresser, bedside table, lamp, etc… and if you stay here over a year I will give you those things so you can move into your next place with things you know and feel safe with.

Every week I buy a pizza or takeout (we vote on what) it’s free to you. You can eat it in your room or hang out for movie night. I also take on water, internet, mowing, trash cost. You will not have to pay those utilities.

I try to make this a no drama, chill, home of good vibes and healing. There’s enough stress out in the world, your room should be your sanctuary.

There are some rules here of course:
No pets
No smoking in the house.
No loud stuff after p.
Clean up after yourself.
Trash is on Wednesday, make sure it’s put out.
No shouting or drama.
No stealing.
You know, don’t be a problem, basically.
Pay rent on time.
