Quality, affordable apartment

I’m looking for someone to take over my half of the lease on a 2 bedroom apartment at the Crowne Chase Apartments at th and Quivira in Overland Park. The lease goes until June . I’m hoping to find someone as soon as possible to move in.

Financial details: -Rent is $ per roommate) plus utilities. This is about $ cheaper than what the apartment complex is currently charging for new leases.

-You would be responsible for half of rent and utilities. I’ve included some screenshots of recent months’ utility charges. The total monthly cost of rent plus utilities is around $ a month for each roommate. The apartment is all electric so there is no gas bill.

-There is a deposit of $. You would only have to pay half of that ($) upon move in. You would also have to pay an application fee to the apartment complex (I think that is $ if I remember correctly).

Here are more details about the apartment: -Your roommate will be a year old guy working for an investment company. His name is Elijah.

-You get your own bedroom with your own private, attached bathroom. I’ve included a picture of the exact floor plan with this post. The apartment is on the first floor, so you don’t have to deal with any stairs.

-There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer in the apartment next to the kitchen.

-The apartment has very fast 2 gig Fiber internet.

-The apartment complex has a beautiful outdoor pool and a small fitness center.

-The complex has off-street parking all around the complex. You can also rent a carport or detached garage for an additional fee.

-There is an additional fee for pets. I know Elijah likes cats but doesn’t currently have any pets in the apartment. If you have pets you would have to talk to Elijah about that.

I’m looking for someone to take over the lease because I recently had to go to the hospital and move in with my dad due to some chronic health issues that took an unexpected turn for the worse.
