Hey everyone! 👋 We’re looking for a awesome person to join us in our rental house here in Parker. One of our roommates is moving out this weekend, so we’re hoping to fill the spot soon.

Rent: ninehundred thirty two dollars/month + utilities (typically split evenly)
Lease: Flexible, ideally long-term
Pets: Cats are welcome 🐱 (sorry, no dogs)
House Size: thirty two hundred sq. ft. — plenty of space for everyone
Timing: Available immediately

About the House
    •    Large thirty two hundred sq. ft. home with multiple living areas, big kitchen, and plenty of room to spread out.
    •    Bedrooms available upstairs (with shared bathroom).
    •    Laundry in-house, backyard space, and easy parking (driveway + street).
    •    Quiet, safe neighborhood close to Parker amenities, grocery stores, gyms, and restaurants. About minutes from Denver and a great launch spot for mountain adventures.

About Us
    •    I’m Priscilla, and I live here with my fiancé Cameron (we share the basement). Cameron’s good friend Nick has a room upstairs.
    •    We’re all in our twenties mid-s, very outgoing and adventurous. On weekends you’ll usually find us skiing (we all have Ikon passes this year), hiking, climbing, or hanging out with friends.
    •    Cameron and Nick both work as mechanics at the same company, and I work as an admin at a law firm.
    •    We keep the house clean and like to take care of it as a team.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to find a roommate (male or female) who’s not just looking for a place to live, but also wants to be part of the house. Someone who’s:
    •    Clean and respectful of shared spaces.
    •    Down to hang out occasionally (ski trips, hiking, BBQs, game nights), but also cool with doing their own thing.
    •    Comfortable living with cats.
