Private Studio Home style room for Rent in Playa del Rey 🌊🏡

We’re renting out the entire ground floor of our townhouse in Playa del Rey, completely separate from the upper levels. It features a private entrance and no access to the upper floors, ensuring full privacy with no shared spaces. The studio includes a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, air fryer, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker but no proper kitchen. A door and camera system separate the floors for added security.

All the areas shown in the photos are exclusive to the renter. It’s a spacious setup, almost the size of a 1-bedroom apartment, with a large two-door closet for ample storage. To apply, we require a valid ID and proof of income.

The rent is all-inclusive, covering utilities and amenities, so no need to worry about extra bills.

Parking Info:
The neighborhood is very calm, and there’s always parking available right in front of the house—this is where we usually park ourselves. For long-term parking needs, we can share a small secondary space in our parking area.
