Share my home in NW Oklahoma City

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for someone to share my nice home in NW Oklahoma City, near Lake Overholser.

The house has a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry area, covered patio, large back yard, storm shelter and garage parking. Private bedroom is cozy, up dated, and very clean, with a bathroom directly across the hall.

Please, no pets, and no cigarette smoking or vaping in the house, but medicinal use is welcome.

Must be able to comfortably afford monthly rent, plus half the monthly utilities, which varies depending on the time of year. Move in date would be October 1st.

I’m looking to find someone long term, who I’m comfortable with, and whom I can trust. So, I’d like to talk and get to know each other a little before committing to anything.
