Single bedroom opportunity!

Hey guys! My name is Nate - I just wanted to let everyone know that I’m offering a single bedroom opportunity in Rancho Sahuarita for anyone needing a place to stay.

Please feel free to reach out about any questions but here is everything you need to know:
- bath, Sq Ft in a beautiful neighborhood complimented by a quiet cul-de-sac.
- You get full access to the house, appliances, amenities, the clubhouse and HOA benefits.
- Full access to the front-yard/backyard
- Jack-and-Jill bathroom
- 3 people will live in the house in total. It’s an overall quiet, non-strict, self-oriented house environment, just treating the house as if it was your own is all that’s asked
- There will be a lease involved - all it will entail is information regarding on time payments at the beginning of each month ($/month including utilities), lease term (
months) and general universal house rules. We will go over the lease together to make sure both parties are on the same page!
- The house is unfortunately not furnished - however, bringing your own belongings is highly encouraged and I’ll help move you in.
- I have a dog - she’s a rescue and a huge sweet heart and softens up with more time and exposure to people (she’s great with other dogs)
