The apartment is located where East Williamsburg, Bed Stuy and Bushwick meet. Fantastic location close to legendary nightlife and numerous supermarkets and restaurants. Myrtle Broadway JMZ is a 3-minute walk and then it’s minutes to Manhattan. The Montrose L and Flushing G are both a -minute walk away.

This is a bath apartment on the second floor of a small but recently renovated building. You will share with a professional female who is a part time student. I have been living in the apartment for almost 3 years and it was brand new when I moved in and still looks that way. The kitchen and living room are large and fully equipped (no dishwasher, though!). The room comes furnished with a full-sized bed and floor lamp. Free laundry is available in the basement of the building.

I am looking for someone clean, quiet, and financially stable. A good fit would be a graduate student, healthcare professional, teacher, administrator, or service/hospitality industry professionals.

The room is available as single occupancy only (no couples) with all utilities (heat, hot water, gas, electric and internet) included.

No pets and no smoking are permitted in the apartment.
