Hello, my name is Ken Chen. I’m a hospitality professional from Taiwan, currently relocating to New York to join Rewind, a new cocktail and KTV concept in Long Island City, as a Senior Bartender and Assistant Beverage Director.

I have over years of experience in the restaurant and bar industry, and I also work in brand consulting and creative development. Outside of work, I enjoy coffee, design, and exploring new cultures. My lifestyle is steady and professional, and I value keeping my home clean, organized, and quiet.
