We are looking for a female years old roommate to take the third bedroom in our bath apartment. Our current roommate is moving back to Korea and we are so sad to see her go after 4 years with us. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and has a stable job.

Room will come with full-size bed frame and mattress (current occupant might be willing to sell some of her furniture if interested).

The apartment comes with hardwood floor, dishwasher, full-size washer and dryer in unit. Building has elevator and security cameras, no doorman.

2 other roommates are professionals in their late s commuting to midtown for work (one is hybrid and one in office 5 days a week). We are very sweet, kind, clean and like to keep to ourselves. We occasionally bring a guest over but don’t like to bring the party home.

minutes bus ride to Port Authority, bus stop is less than 1 minute walk from the apartment and buses arrives in less than 5 minutes intervals.
