Hi, I’m looking for a roommate in a -bath apartment in a gated community, very close to the Tempe campus. Rent is $ with all bills and internet included, and the place is already fully furnished. We’d just need to figure out the bedroom setup. The community also has a laundry room, pool, small gym, and a common space by the leasing office.
